Bright Engineering designed a transport frame and a load test assembly for the 1600t Flange Pile Upending Tool (FPUT). The FPUT is designed to lift monopiles of 4.5 to 7 meters.
The designed transport frame is suitable for any size in which the FPUT can be built up. On the side of the transport frame, a high ladder with a retractable service platform is placed. This platform is used for maintenance on the FPUT.
The load test assembly is designed to do an overload test on the FPUT in both axial and lateral directions. The test assembly is designed in such a way that axial and lateral load testing can be done without any modifications to the test assembly.
